I have coordinated organizational development programs in several multinational companies, the most recent being:

• Shift-leaders team - Contitech Romania - Power Transmission Group (13 members) – Project for developing leadership for 6 months

• HR team (11 participants - Timisoara + Bucuresti) - FM Logistic Romania . Program for developing teamwork: workshops and individual coaching.
• All managerial levels of FM Logistic in a project with 100 managers participants on the topic of increasing meetings' efficiency
• Individual coaching with 12 managers on different hierarchical levels of FM Logistic .
