The joy of my own transformations and seeing the impact on my professional and living environment have significantly contributed to my passion for humans', organizations' and society's evolution.
I believe deeply in others' capability to change and generate transformations. I believe in the mental, emotional, behavioral and spiritual capacity of each of us to use our potential at a much higher degree. And I believe in authentic change, which involves a working with our own issues in overcoming barriers, whether we are individuals or organizations.
The way that I have chosen to accomplish my mission is coaching - individual and team coaching. Because coaching involves, on one hand awareness , and on the other hand the freedom of choosing one's own options. Because by coaching I don't “teach” the other – clients naturally learn being in touch with their inner and intuitive wisdom, sadly too little promoted. Because coaching means taking personal responsibility. Because I believe in my competencies to offer direction and support into this whole development process.
In my personal and professional evolution and on my path to becoming a professional coach I have met several role models, towards whom I want to express my gratitude:
John Parr, Anne de Graff and Sari van Poelje, trainers and supervisors in Transactional Analysis, whom I have met starting 2002, having a major impact in defining my professional identity.
Sir John Whitmore, father of organizational coaching, with whom I have had the honor to continue my development as a coach in 2010.
I would also like to thank my daughter Clara, born in 2008, for learning everyday from her, in a very practical way, the difference between coaching and other authoritarian forms of education and learning.
