In 2002 I have graduated Psychology at The West University Timisoara.
Starting 2001, I have invested in a Professional Development Program in Transactional Analysis, owned by The European Association of Transactional Analysis (EATA), which provides me with a theoretical background used in my work with the organizations and in coaching programs.
In 2005, I also signed a Training and Supervision Contract with Mr. John Parr - Provisional Teaching and Supervising Transactional Analyst. The fulfillment of this contract requires hundreds of hours of training, supervision and personal therapy and especially effective work in organizations, resulting in an international certification in applying Transactional Analysis as a coaching and organizational consultancy instrument.
On top of this post university program, I have a three years experience in the local and regional HR Organizations of two of the most important multinational companies represented in Timişoara.
Beyond this professional development, I believe in the power of an organization to change and in my capacity to help an organization meet its development objectives.
